Dunkin' - Needham

The staff at this restaurant were inept and even asked for my help in preparing the basic dish I had ordered. They were also very slow in serving the food.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and was disappointed. The staff's English language skills were lacking, making it difficult to communicate effectively. My order was also incorrect. Additionally, I noticed that the staff did not wear gloves when handling my food. This was not the first time I've had issues with the service here. In the past, I have noticed that the bagels and bread used for sandwiches were not fresh. The bathrooms were also not clean. I believe that the management should consider hiring staff who are fluent in English.

The young man working behind the counter was very polite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great new location!!! Must be good management, all the girls were friendly and happy....a far cry from the previous location at the gas station!!!!

The staff here DOES NOT listen or pay attention to customer's orders. Too often they make the wrong drink or grab the wrong donuts. Terrible at making flavored drinks.
