フィードバックを提供するNot good, order early. And food never showed up and the tracking states that they have my order and are preparing it. But when the time came for my food to be delivered..... nothing shown and the tracking still states that they are preparing my order. Calling them is a joke... no one answered the multiple times I called. Went to a voice box that was not set up. Can't cancel on the website. Customer service is terrible. Edit: They just called stated why didn't I pick up my food... when I paid for delivery. Not sure what's happening now with the order.
Went for the Dollar corn dogs which was a lie. The radio station was advertising it but when you got to the store the worker said something different it was supposed to be a Friday football special but it wasn't. So I didn't get anything because it was a false advertisement .
The employe had a bad attitude ... chip on her shoulder ... they are getting paid to serve food and they do it with the worst of attitudes like they are doing you a favor. There was nobody on the line yet my food was COLD and OLD ... its really a disgrace that all the hard work of the owner ends up in the hands of a poor mentality employee.
The flavored lemonade was a little tart for me but still had a good taste. The corn dogs were golden brown with just a hint of sweetness in the bread that sets off the flavor. The fries were a bit salty but that was the first time that I experienced that much salt on the fries.
I go to the one in Nederland, Tx regularly to pick up my boss and coworkers lunch because love it there. I always get the BEST customer service there. They?re always kind, efficient, and food is always fresh. Today Tevia S was the drive thru window worker. She was literally hands down the best person I?ve ever come across in customer service/ fast food industry. Always great service but today she literally set the bar. Thank you. ????
