Placed an order for a Venti light iced cinnamon caramel cold foam cold brew, what I got was 10oz of coffee a little bit of ice and the rest just cold foam. $7 for 10oz of coffee. No thanks. Thanks Starbucks for demonstrating how much you care for the customer.

I've come through a handful times at this location because it's closest to my house but we will no longer be going back. Three separate times my drink has been different prices ranging anywhere from $6 to $8.50 I get the same drink every time I've asked questions and from what I understand is whoever takes the order is adjusting the price.On two separate occasions I didn't get my complete order including today. When I ask the employee instead of looking in front of them where my drink was they asked me. Did I not hand it to you? Does none of that look like your drink? I just felt like it was unnecessary to make commentary like that when the drink was clearly in front of them.When I asked for a straw for my drinks I was completely ignored. Incredibly disappointed with this experience. Will not be going back.

Worst drive thru ever for a Starbucks...For some weird reason, Every single time i go through the drive thru, they can't seem to understand English when they are told no whip cream. Maybe stop hiring deaf people to take orders in the drive thru... this place has gone down hill. This is the worst one in Bremerton! My advice.... go to another one two minuets down the road if you want what you actually order. Fyi not everyone has the time to sit while you have to remake every single drink you make. Smdh

I’ve gone to this specific Starbucks for years. Overall, my experiences have been great. The staff are friendly and considerate of your needs. This Starbucks has a drive-thru. The inside is spacious despite its appearance outside. The parking is difficult, however, since the area is small. There is limited parking due to the building being attached to the Dominoes and, again, the parking lot itself is tiny! Not my preferred Starbucks, but I don’t mind stopping by this one either. I do recommend stopping in for your own opinion!
