Mcdonald's - Navan (an uaimh)

It's an old post office! That was a surprise and the colour scheme or decor inside was different to a lot of them I'd been in too, it was nice, bit strange or funky but was good, apart from the 3/4 young lads vaping the room out of it.

McDonald's offers a convenient fast-food experience with a varied menu. The service is generally quick, and the food is consistent in taste. However, seating can be limited during peak hours. I visited McDonald's in Navan on Monday, March 18th and witnessed a woman approaching tables asking for money. It was not a pleasant experience while trying to enjoy my lunch. I requested a staff member to escort her out, but was informed that they were unable to do so.

Absolutely Disgraceful Management and extremely poor customer service. Was left short a Happy Meal on my order AGAIN. Brought it back and Aoife the manager said if I waited a few more mins she would replace it. I asked would she replace the whole order as it was cold now at this point as I had already left the restaurant with it and had to return. I was point blank told NO by Aoife. So I ask for a full refund. While this was in process I told Aoife how disappointed and dissatisfied I was with her and the customer service or lack there of… she then tells me, she had no problem replacing my whole meal but decided not to because of my “attitude” towards her. Extremely poor customer service. McDonald’s was at fault. It was their error, their mistake, therefore their duty to rectify and give me what I paid for which was a fresh and hot meal. They failed to do this and then Management Aoife had the absolute audacity to boldly tell me I was the one out of line. Absolutely disgraceful. Which is a massive pity because McDonald’s could do much better than staff like Aoife

A nice range of food, friendly staff and the menu and special offers change on a frequent basis. The toilet is not always very clean, though and the restaurant needs stronger air conditioning or ventilation. Outside seating nearby, and the staff, mostly young are quite eager and hard working as well as polite presentable.
