Sagres - Naugatuck

This was my first visit and it was a fantastic experience with delicious food and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.

The food at Sagres Restaurant is excellent - the portions are so large that a takeout order can easily feed three people. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. I highly recommend visiting Sagres Restaurant to enjoy their delicious offerings.

I accidentally ended up dining in the bar area instead of the main dining room, but I'm glad I did! This restaurant is a hidden gem in a local neighborhood. The waitress was extremely helpful, and the bar had a cozy and quaint feel, giving off a nice local vibe. I tried a delicious pineapple soda that is apparently unique to the Portuguese/Spain region, and snacked on tasty bread with plenty of butter while waiting for my entree. I ordered the Portuguese steak, which was cooked perfectly and served in a generous portion. I ended my meal with a delicious flan and espresso that perfectly complimented each other. I will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others.

I absolutely love this place for their steak on a rock bowl. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I have been coming to this restaurant for 12 years and my favorite dish is still delicious.

We started with Portuguese clams for our appetizer, which were very good. The grilled bass and shrimp Mozambique with sides were also delicious. The house salad was fresh and the hospitality and friendliness of the staff made the experience even better.
