Wendy's - Natick

I delivered for UberEats and noticed that the doors were locked. When I figured out it was drive-thru only, I called because there were 12 cars in line and I had a delivery waiting in my vehicle. They explained that the doors were locked because they were short-staffed. However, they kindly brought the food out to me at the door. Thank you for your understanding!

The $5 Biggie Bag is an incredible value. I’ve always found this Wendy's location to be clean, with fresh fast food. Additionally, the wait time has never been excessive. During my latest visit, there was an issue with the credit card machine, and the manager was on the phone trying to resolve it. Remarkably, he managed to juggle both tasks effectively, as he continued to serve customers while dealing with the situation.
