Five Guys Burgers And Fries - Natick

I visited this afternoon and was warmly greeted by a wonderful young man at the counter. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience, and keep up the fantastic work. I arrived around 1:15 PM.

Wow, this burger spot is definitely worth a visit! Five Guys serves incredible food, with their burgers and fries tasting absolutely divine compared to other places. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The prices are reasonable too, and that’s all I can say about this fantastic little burger joint.

This is the only Five Guys I’ll visit, as the other locations nearby have been quite disappointing. The food here is excellent, but it’s the staff that keeps me coming back. They are always incredibly friendly, ready to assist with any order issues, and they consistently make delicious food!

Among all the Five Guys locations in Boston, my favorite is definitely the one in Natick! I absolutely love it here! The staff is incredibly friendly, energetic, and genuinely great people! The food is delicious as well! This is the only place that has consistently gotten my order right every time I visit! If you’re a fan of tasty burgers and fries, I highly recommend this Five Guys location!

To make matters worse, the staff only call out order numbers like "25" or "41," and they don't use that system for online orders at all. This leads to some awkward moments where you have to ask, "Is my order ready yet?" after you've already pressed the buttons saying "I'm on my way" and "I'm literally in your restaurant." Those buttons seem to have no effect whatsoever, and the entire process feels incredibly clumsy. You should just prepare yourself for a wait for your fries and be ready to announce your presence, as if you're some kind of fast-food royalty entering the establishment: "Oh, Sean is here—everyone look sharp!" Your name will never be called; only your order number, which you have no way of knowing. Please fix this!
