Bamboo Shack - Nassau

It's Bamboo...a cultural icon. Food is rarely a miss...One suggestion I have is to make the nutritional values of the food served available to the public. Y'all food is be slapping but too much of it gonna kill ya.

Crack chicken is very brilliant along with the spicy crack conch. The service is always pleasant and the staff always smiles. Waiting could be a while, but it is worth 100%, especially if you love conch or chicken. The spicy crack chicken is tender and melts in your mouth. Still amazing food!

There wasn 't no thigh portions again so I had to pay up for wings and breast portions. The line moved fairly quickly. The food was nice and hot!

I am visiting the Bahamas for the first from the United States and I tried bamboo shack. It was so good! There were two workers, Akiah Davis Glenda King, that were so welcoming and made the experience even better. The shrimp and conch was amazing but the experience is what made it better!

Great food but not enough sitting area when it's crowded...
