Bamboo Grillhouse - Nassau

Bamboo is now out west and offering even more food than other locations. They carry cold and hot pasta, mash potatoes, a variety of rice, macaroni, vegetables, salads, sauteed mushrooms and meats done every which way, jerk, grilled, rotisserie, fried. They have quick service as most of the sides are laid out in front of you to decide. All of this, in addition to their traditional, favorite, Bahamian snacks. What can I say, other that deliciously Bahamian .

My first experience here was far above average. The staff were friendly and efficient. I placed my order then was given this little buzzer wand thingy that vibrates when your food is done. In and put of this place in under 8 minutes if that long.

The service has improved and the grill Salmon and Ceasar Salad is the best on the island for the price. This is a regular restaurant for me.

Excellent place for health-conscious food options. eating is delicious, the environment is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and the prices are affordable. I usually go to the bamboo grill house if I want to treat myself. I wish there was a location in the carmichael road area.

Was able to find vegetarian options here. Had a veggie burger and omg it was juicy and the burger bun was awesome. (The hint of sweetness made it perfect)
