Great food! Try the conch fritters, they're delicious. Plates are generous we could have shared one meal for two people.

I had a good experience here fried snapper (see pic whole fish) and got to choose my sides: peas n rice, Mac and cheese and plantains. All for $26. I couldn’t eat everything on the plate. Bottle of water $1.50. Service is very much Island Time. They have a little outdoor patio area with a handful of tables and various tables inside. Very clean bathrooms. They have great Covid protocols check vaccination card before being seated. They make you sanitize your hands then tell you exactly what table number you’re assigned to.

Absolutely fantastic local meals. we visited here on the tru bahamanian walking tour in august and could try a little of what they had to offer. when we booked another cruise to go back to Nassau, we knew we had to visit here for the full experience and I'm so glad we made it! I had the grouper with cole Slav, mac n cheese and tear it 't no meal if she's not a rice on the top for my main dish. the woman and I shared the okra suppe and the riders for the starters and then shared some guava duff and everything was amazing. when they are in wet, they will please one and they will stop and have a good meal. the drinks are also really good!

I absolutely recommend that everyone should go and try this place again. I had the sheep with yellow grits for the first time, and it was simply divine, with a hint of lime elevating each bite. Cooked to perfection, it reminded me of a stew but was much better. I hope I can enjoy more before leaving Wetau. However, the restaurant seems to be closed right now, and even the Google Maps listing shows it as closed.
