Blue Stripes Cacao Shop: Nashville, Tennessee

Very bad experience. The man who works there is very rude. He is loud with the other employee and using curse words, he used the F word multiple times loudly and I had my kids with me. I had to leave the place really quickly so my kids don’t hear such words. He didn’t respect multiple customers in front of me. Also he was rude when he was talking with Me.

This coffee shop ran out of coffee after taking our money. The manager and staff are unable to correct the issue that could be avoided. They asked we wait 20mins to brew more coffee. When asked for a refund the manager started to be come rude about the issue. We will be doing a charge back on our Visa to resolve their rude acts.

Our group was mistreated. We are visiting Nashville and this business is poorly ran. The manager and the cashier are very rude to Asians. They stole from my family by selling coffee and not providing it. If you are Asian, please be aware of this poorly ran location. I hope to see you in Chapter 11. The had a very dirty bathroom. Unable to resolve issues. The manager and staff are clearly unable to overcome. This does not stop. The online refund has begun.

Amazing, kind, and helpful guys that waited on me. What a cool place and you can get ice cream drunk! Lol

Worst coffee ever! Medium roast? More like water with a hint of coffee. Shame!
