Subway - Nashville

The staff was rude and did not listen to my order what I wanted. And then she asked if she wanted to talk to me like stupid. My first time in there, even other employees seemed confused. Not back.

Management is always friendly, is always packed at noon but moves quickly

I often go to this place and I really like the owner and his brother. Charlie and D are great!! The food is always fresh and I like my sandwich in a certain way, they never fail me. Thank you very much!

Charlie was super helpful and made two trays of sandwiches for my office with no notice (walk in). Very polite and attentive, even marked the one veggie sandwich I needed with a sticker on the tray top. Ingredients looked fresh and the store was very clean.

I paid for double meat and cheese but didn’t receive even the regular portion. Additionally, I ordered a bowl but ended up getting a sub instead.
