Strikeout Wingz - Nashville

Ordered delivery from here to my hotel. Food showed up without utensils, napkins or the sauce for my wings. The wings were okay, but I've definitely had better. Probably would have been better with some ranch.

Food was excellent. Wings were cooked perfectly and the buffalo cheese fries were delicious. Fast and friendly service. 100% going back.

A solid meal overall. Boneless wings were some of the best that I've had.

I'll start out and say, the food is not the issue. If the owners are there, excellent service and will fix any issue. However, they say the food will be ready in 20 minutes but don't start making it until you get there. I wish they would tell you on the phone because I have gone there 20+ times and the food has only been ready 8 times even if I go in there with no one else. I understand being short staffed, but quality began to go down when they started focusing on the new ATL store. I'm happy they're growing but wish the customer service would just get better! It's hard to believe this isn't a consistent issue when multiple people complain but I still have supported. Today, I arrived almost an hour after I ordered my food and when I got there it still wasn't ready. If you're not going to make it until we get there, please let us know, I personally drive 30 minutes to get there and leave with plenty time. Hope it gets better. Personally recommend the chicken tenders, wings are small.

I truly loved their sweet and sassy flavored wings, they were so good. You can never go wrong with the lemon pepper wings too. cajun fries was definitely the star of the plate. 10/10 highly recommend.
