Shokku Ramen - Nashville

Shinigami challenge is actually impossible these guys are frauds and love taking peoples money with their fake challenge. There's a reason that no one has been able to beat it. Horrible restaurant.

The restaurant was clearly short-staffed and experiencing internal issues, but the service was decent. We were the only customers there and the server forgot to bring out some items, so we had to ask for them. However, it's understandable given their staffing situation. The food was average, nothing special. The ambiance of the place was nice though. Hopefully, they will improve their operations and fully recover soon. I will update my review in the future.

I visited this restaurant before going to see a movie at Belcourt. The service was excellent and the ramen was tasty, although they were missing a few items on the menu. The bathroom could use some cleaning, and I wasn't too impressed with the mochi. However, I will definitely return for a comforting bowl of ramen. I am eager to try the oxtail dish next time, if it's available.

This place used to be great. Though over the course of a year or so it's really gone down hill. Food used to be delicious, the staff was friendly, the bathrooms worked, they usually had a full menu, they used to have more decor and better lighting. Now it would seem that they are not open during regular business hours, missing many key ingredients for the menu, staff seems not prompt it addressing your existence, and the lighting is dark and desolate of their former decor.

Went for lunch have to say I was a little disappointed. Place was empty I mean no one). We were meet by a very nice young lady, as we order our food, we found out that thier fryers were not working they were out of all beer, and one of their signature dishes. So we ordered 2 bowls of raman, shrimp tampra and fried rice. My food came out about 25min before my wife's, and then the shrimp came out about 5 minutes later to wait about an hour foreverything, and then the food just be average at best.
