Romano's Macaroni Grill - Nashville

It was somewhat average overall, but everything I ordered was available and fresh.

I ordered delivery to a hotel, but they didn’t include any plastic utensils or napkins. The spaghetti bolognese sauce was lackluster and served cold, with very little sauce. On the bright side, the crispy Brussels sprouts were delicious.

The food was just average, at best. My pickup order took 30 minutes longer than the promised time. The staff seemed unhappy and somewhat rude. I don't plan on returning. I also left a similar review on their corporate website, but received no response. I believe this restaurant is struggling.

Always a wonderful dining event. One small issue this go around, that being our bread seemed to be the two loaves that were yesterdays leftovers.

Parmesan cheese was approx 1/4 tsp. olive oil was approx 1/4 tsp. I dont know what happen. It would be best to leave them off. meat balls taste like plant base not beef veal or pork. Spagjetti was good. Appreciate taper resistance packaging
