Wow! tried this food truck on the night market at the farmers' market, because everyone in our group had already many paintings to do in the permanent restaurants in the market. what a great decision! the Korean bbq tacos were only excellent, full of spicy taste and delicate swarm with bonus crispy cauliflower (without tweeping that is so difficult to find they use maistortillas, so also the flour-used members of our group could enjoy them. make them just make sure to grab a lot of serviettes it was quite chaotic the ingwer plantee was the perfect companion, not too much ginger and not too sweet. Finally! they have them on the industry market....BAHN mi was mine! great crisp flatbread that had been grilled, fresh vegetables that still had a snap for them and the meat was very delicate, all come together for a great textural and paleable experience of yum! how could I forget the watermelon hormone line? if I had added some cocosm around, I would have sworn that I was somewhere on the beach! I am glad I met this truck (pun intended)!

I have no ambition to try every food truck in nashville, but if I hear well, I will hunt them down! riffs fine street food and his Korean bbq tacos are already one because on my list. When I saw that they wanted to be in zoo in brew, I made a beeenstock for their truck to check it.

Recently at a street food meet up on the market of nashville farmers I tried a shrimp and grits of riff’s excellent.

FINALLY!!!!!. Caught them at Farmers Market....BAHN MI WAS MINE!!!!! Great crisp flatbread that had been grilled, fresh veggies that still had a snap to them and the meat was very tender, all coming together for a great textural, and palatable experience of YUM!!! How could I forget the Watermelon Lemonade??? Had I added some coconut rum I would have sworn I was on a beach somewhere!! Glad I hit this truck (pun intended)!!
