Panca Peruvian - Nashville

This was easily the worst dining experience we’ve had in Nashville. We waited over two hours for our food, with nearly an hour in between half of our meals arriving. When the women in our group finally received their dishes, the men’s meals were cold because they decided to hold them back until everyone could eat together. To make matters worse, the water we had initially ordered for the table was the last thing we received. When we inquired about our food and drinks, the staff seemed completely unresponsive. The most frustrating part was that one person in our party never received her meal at all; after two hours, we were informed that her order was unavailable. When she tried to address our concerns with the manager, she was met with indifference and rudeness. We definitely won't be returning!

I visited Panca tonight for the first time and I was impressed with how delicious their meals were. I will give them five stars because of how delicious the food was but I will give three stars on service. Our waiter didn't check if we needed anything else after dropping the food and when we asked for a refill on our juice and salt he never came back at all ???? I ended up going to the front and getting it myself.

It is a very nice and simple place to grab a bite to eat. The menu is extensive and there are several economic choices on there. I had the dark chicken with plantains and Peruvian corn. I really liked all the items, especially the chicken. It was wonderfully spiced and the sauces they brought with it were very good. My friend had the white chicken with rice and plantains. So the plantains are very good. I would definitely recommend it.

I spent the day exploring Nashville in search of fixer-upper projects with my investment agent, Funmi Adewole. We had a great time and enjoyed a delicious Peruvian meal at Panca Peruvian Restaurant. We ordered the beef and shrimp Tacu Tacu, along with a Jalea seafood appetizer and an Alfajor cookie for dessert.

Delicious food! The staff is fantastic! I will definitely make the drive back!
