The restaurant in the hotel is great. I grabbed a maple glazed salmon with broccoli, and it was some of the best salmon I?ve had! I was very impressed. The broccoli is covered in butter, but it sure tastes great.

Wow, I had an amazing experience at the Doubletree in Downtown Nashville. As an Hhonors member, I had a food credit at the hotel and decided to try the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich at the restaurant downstairs. Let me tell you, this was the best hot chicken sandwich I have ever tasted! The crisp and crunch of the sandwich was perfect, with a sweet taste followed by a bit of a kick. It was cooked to perfection - juicy and not dry at all. I loved it so much that I plan on having it again tomorrow, and I may even consider flying to Nashville just for this sandwich. The restaurant recently got a new Chef who is young and a perfectionist, creating his own incredible dishes. The menu was updated just 3 days ago, but regardless, I will always make sure to have this amazing chicken sandwich every time I visit Nashville.

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and it was hands down the best hot chicken sandwich I have ever had. The crunch was perfect, with a sweet taste and a bit of a kick. It was cooked to perfection - juicy and not dry at all. I was told they have a new Chef who creates incredible dishes and the menu was updated just three days ago. I will definitely be coming back for this sandwich every time I visit Nashville - it was that good!

The Food was wonderful. Better than some places I was walking to around town from our hotel. Husband had the smash burger and crinkle cut fries. Cooked to perfection fries seasoned fresh vegetables toasted brioche bun. I had the pesto chicken pasta. Cooked to al dente pesto was creamy saucy and chicken was plentiful and flavorful. Wish I took a picture but after a bite I didn’t stop!Kid-friendliness: 3 yo old sat at bar with me while we waited for food to go. Staff was incredibly friendly.
