Food excellent as was the service. Seating very limited due to staff shortages. Our waiter did a fantastic job even though obviously overworked. Make sure you make reservations.

The food was good. The sauce for the Shrimp Portofino was thicker than I like, but the meal was still good. You can never go wrong with a good Caesar Salad. The trio was tasty. All three of us had food left over from our meals. Service was a bit slow but that could be due to the lack of help.

Fortunately, my sister managed to find the order station where Alexandria was working, and she assisted us with a friendly demeanor. I have to mention that three additional employees, including the manager, walked by us multiple times without acknowledging our presence—I actually counted six times. It was so frustrating that I felt compelled to keep track. I think it would be beneficial to promote Alexandria and have her teach the others how to better recognize and engage with customers. After all, restaurants rely on friendly service to create a good experience. It’s absurd that no server, bartender, or hostess was available to help us; instead, it was a member of the kitchen staff who finally stepped in to assist, and they didn’t even have a pleasant attitude. It's worth noting that the restaurant was not short-staffed and was mostly empty during our visit. I waited an additional 20 minutes after my food was ready, and it was only someone who wasn’t even at the front counter who finally helped us—because everyone else chose to ignore my sister and me. I feel truly disappointed having spent nearly $100 here only to be treated so poorly. This review is lengthy, but if you want decent food, which is usually just average here, and find that the portion sizes (like the Brussels sprouts) are a joke while being completely overlooked—then this is the place for you!

I had dinner at Macaroni Grill and lunch on Monday. For an appetizer, I ordered the Caprese Salad, and it was fantastic. For my main course, I had the seafood ravioli with shrimp, which was delicious. The bread is amazing! My meal also included a tomato basil soup, and I believe I had the seafood bisque and chicken marsala as well.

I can't express enough wonderful things about the Macaroni Grill! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is fantastic (make sure to ask for Levi, the best server ever!). Everyone, from the hostess to the chefs, was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was very calming, and Levi made sure that each course was perfectly timed. The salads were nicely chilled and had a perfect crunch. The tomato bisque soup had the ideal consistency, and the noodles were perfectly al dente—definitely not mushy. As for the arrabbiata sauce, let’s just say it was a big hit!
