Wendy's - Naples

What a SLOP Burger! The only thing that enjoyed this was my garbage disposal! Disgusting to look at and 180 degrees opposite of that PHOTO and at that price it ought to reasonably look and taste premium. A simple $3.00 Whopper destroys this. Shameful how Wendys Quality has fallen while prices skyrocket.

Decent Wendy's. The food is always fresh and the people are polite.

Was scared because all the employees were visible hanging out in the lobby at 1000pm when we pulled up. To our surprise the food was hot and fast and perfectly made. We needed that after a long drive. I know its just fast food, but they made it look good.

It was a great idea of moving the register completely to the opposite side of where you get your food. Creating a hazard having the exit door locked because it's next to the register, all the employees personal electronics at the little sit-down bar to the point that there's not a place to sit. This place is like one or two years old might as well knock it down and start from scratch because you guys got it wrong. I'm half tempted to call the fire marshal because of the locked exit door

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The staff including the manager were the rudest people I have EVER encountered. Went through the drive thru, they were so rude and disrespectful. Refused to complete our order, they were being loud and obnoxious accusing us of being racist, shut the window in our face and told us to move along. The baked potato that we received looked like they threw it on the floor and stepped in it, and it wouldn't surprise me if they did. These 2 women should NEVER work in customer care. One was named Melinda and I'm not sure of the others name.
