Panera Bread - Naples

The establishment feels outdated, and the service is quite slow. The coffee was lukewarm and lacked sweetness. I’ll continue visiting for now, but I can't help but notice that the restaurant seems to be on a downward trend.

I just ordered my lunch and ordered a drink and they accused me of it, but I didn't get it. suppe was cold. very abducted in panera. service and quality of eating is on the hill. very disappointed.

This is my second visit to this location, but I have been a loyal customer of Panera in Fort Myers. I always stick to my usual order: the Pick 2, which includes the broccoli cheddar soup and a roasted sandwich. I always request for my sandwich to be roasted, and they usually accommodate me. However, when I came in today, I was informed that they could not roast my sandwich. The staff member who handled my food even argued about it, saying they had never roasted sandwiches here before. I was really disappointed by this experience.

So a great staff! love londyn and skye always so helpful and make recommendations! I stopped one day here because I never had panera and they let me come back, the mac n cheese and brownies love? great service! I myself am manager in a restaurant, and I can say that this staff is very active. very clean and everything is always on camp, nice, keep it up!

I placed a delivery order yesterday. This is what I received for my Chipotle chicken avocado melt. So disappointed. I never experienced such thing and was so surprised that I have almost nothing to eat for lunch.
