Dorona - Naples

Nice ambiance, seating a bit uncomfortable but not a reason to complain. Food was good although my wife’s steak was well done and she asked for rare. Mix up in the kitchen I guess. We are not complainers so we didn’t mention it to our waiter. Our waiter, Andre, was excellent. There when we needed him, in the background when we didn’t.

We tried the Italian menu, and everything was fantastic. We absolutely love Dorona. The last time we visited, we ordered the steak menu, and the steak was perfectly juicy and flavorful. On our previous visit, we enjoyed the bar menu, and the crispy Wagyu-stuffed olives were outstanding.

Portions are generous. Restaurant is clean (new). Manager came by twice to say hi. Server was attentive and cheerful. Will definitely go back.

Had one of the steak specials. Outstanding steak and good atmosphere too. Give this place a try. Nice alternative from the downtown dining scene. Should have tried it sooner!

Visit from the city and had to try for date night! Food and service were both excellent! We had an assortment of food and nothing disappointed. Would you like to come back when we visit Naples again!
