Portillo's Naperville

They forgot my dog, I came back, they gave me a lot of free food and several chocolate cakes without asking for a receipt... Just like the McDonald's professional service of making things right.

Food is still damn good. But looks like the drive through process maybe be a bit broken, slow and chaotic. See customers rush out of their cars to complain about how long it takes!

Even though Portillo’s is known for its Italian beef sandwich, their double burger is one of the absolute best fast food burgers on the national market. Every time I have ordered it without exception—including this visit—my double burger was juicy, delicious, and cooked to perfection with that outdoor bbq char that you achieve when you barbecue at your own house.

ABSOLUTELY love the Chicago dog. The Maxwell Street Polish was also a great choice. If your looking for a good Roast beef sandwich, THIS IS THE PLACE..

Food is usually good but I was disappointed that they unexpectedly closed at 7pm and cancelled my order.
