Jet's Pizza - Naperville

Loved the detroit style deepthroat dish. the crust was super good. andoni was very cool and sincere about us first time customers. it is rare nowadays to find great food and great customer service at the same place. Thank you for coming.

Wheaton is my favorite restaurant. The pizza here is absolutely delicious—definitely worth a try! The brownie is amazing too; it still tastes great even days later, but nothing compares to having it fresh out of the oven.

I can relate to Jack P.'s experience. I just went through something similar. I realized I had missed my order, so I called to check on it. The person on the phone responded immediately, claiming they had already placed the order. It was surprising that he was so quick to give this answer without even taking a moment to verify the details. I have the text proving that I ordered correctly. It's disappointing that someone who should be invested in the business—clearly not the person I spoke with—doesn’t seem to care about how they confirm orders. It would be better to verify orders before making changes based on a text. With this approach, they're losing customers one by one.

Be cautious. This restaurant was very good in the past, but today my order was completely wrong. They remade it, but the second one was burnt and crusty. I called to express my concerns, and the person I spoke with argued that the quality has always been this way. I wasn't looking for another pizza; I just wanted to provide some feedback. Unfortunately, I feel I have no choice but to leave a review.

I enjoy the quick, discounted convenience of ordering via text. My large pizza was ready in 20 minutes. I picked it up on my way home. Food quality and service are both very good every time I've been to Jet's. With so many pizza options in the Chicagoland, I'm glad that Jet's is among them.
