My wife and I first came to this location for a birthday party my daughter was invited for. At first glance it just seemed like a normal bowling alley from today's time line. But the more I noticed I saw the detail and hard work the staff was giving towards the birthday party making sure the party package was honored. After seeing that we decided to have my daughter's birthday party there also we picked the VIP package and I just have to say my daughter wife and myself will definitely keep going there for the service and the safe environment the staff made sure the food didn't run out made sure the kids bowling experience was going good and overall they were very friendly and professionals

Bowlero in Naperville is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Damian the manager was exceptional at ensuring our end of year class party was a memorable experience for everyone. Make this your Go-To party destination for every event! Will definitely be returning for birthday parties!

Our school field trip had a great private party. Bowlero was the perfect place to take graduating fifth graders. They bowled, played laser tag and did the arcade. The kids had so much fun. The venue was clean, well maintained and the staff was so kind and helpful. We were really impressed and will definitely be back! Thank you Bowlero.

We have purchased the summer passes to bowl here for the last 2 years and always have a great time. Yesterday we stopped by to buy our passes for the 2024 summer season and wound up having THE BEST time! (My kids have been asking when we can go back since we got in the car to go home. The place is extremely clean, the staff is incredibly nice, and it’s FAMILY FRIENDLY! The manager, Jeff went above and beyond answering ALL my questions and explaining the different tiers to the passes. He was very kind and not pushy at all! I appreciated not feeling like I was being pressured to buy anything.
