フィードバックを提供するI went inside, and the manager greeted me right away, almost as if she anticipated there might be an issue. I explained that I was missing one roast beef sandwich. She quickly responded, "Oh, looks like the other one is right here," and she went to get it for me. I was genuinely taken aback by the exceptional service, especially since most fast-food places usually require you to show receipts or check your bags. I was very pleased and appreciated the excellent customer service!
I had higher expectations for the food! The Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich was quite disappointing. The chicken was dry, and it definitely didn’t taste like Swiss cheese. It looked nothing like the picture in the advertisement. It's a shame because Arby's usually gets it right!
The manager, Alvin, was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful.
Jayhlin the cashier and Sandra the manager were extremely pleasant to dine with. They offered me warm greetings upon arrival, great customer service while ordering, and even asked how my meal was after I was finished eating. I told them it was great and that I will be choosing to dine with them again whenever I’m in the area on lunch break.
This place is a joke. Ordered Reubens and hot cakes. The hot cakes were literally FROZEN. And the meat uncooked and tough to chew. Spoke with manager Logan who offered a full refund. Went in today to get said refund and the manager on duty refused, WAVED HER HAND IN MY FACE SAYING “GO GO”, and refused to give me her name or the promised refund. So unprofessional and uncalled for. Disgusting food and employee attitudes too.
