Parkway Diner - Nanticoke

This diner is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal if you're looking for a cozy, hometown atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff treats you like family, making you feel as welcome as if you were one of their own. The food is fantastic; if you're a salad lover, the steak salad will quickly become your favorite. The pita bread served with it is simply amazing! The service is also excellent; it only takes a few minutes for them to prepare your order. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're a food enthusiast!

I brought this to the waitress's attention, telling her that the bread was stale. She acknowledged it and said she would check on it. When we paid the bill, she simply said "sorry" without any further action. Instead of removing it from the bill or offering a discount, I was charged the full amount of $29. My wife's pancakes were burnt and had an unpleasant texture, and the bacon was overcooked and greasy. Overall, we were really let down by the quality of the food and the lack of attention to customer satisfaction. It felt like they were more focused on taking our money than addressing our concerns. I definitely will not be returning. It was a complete waste of time and money, and the service was lacking. If you enjoy their food, you might have low expectations or simply be influenced by friends or family. If I could give a rating of zero, I would. Think twice before choosing this place.

Geoff was incredibly helpful; he discussed all the details with us and offered some fantastic recommendations that we fully trusted. He truly exceeded our expectations. The pride he takes in his food and service is evident, and we can’t wait to use them again. If you’re looking for amazing food, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Convenient location, great food, friendly servers. What a diner should be. Dietary restrictions: My husband is allergic to pork fat. They are most accommodating.
