Wendy's - Nanaimo

The restaurant was very dirty, with almost every tabletop covered in garbage or spilled drinks. I ordered nuggets, which were hard and only partially warm, but the fries were hot and delicious. I accidentally used the restroom before leaving, and it had a strong odor of garbage. The mirror was so smeared that it was difficult to see through. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant.

I was not impressed with the way some customers were treated at this restaurant. There was a man getting water and ice on a hot day, who also purchased a hamburger but did not buy a drink as he had his own bottle with him. When the worker noticed this, they seemed to freak out.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, whether you choose to dine in or use the drive-through. However, I was disappointed with my Dave single burger as it was undercooked and had a terrible taste. The fries, which were expensive, were also dried out and seemed old. I returned my meal and the staff provided me with a replacement, but it was not prepared on a grill and seemed to be assembled from pre-cooked ingredients. The replacement fries were reheat and overly salty. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and the meal was both unappetizing and costly. I paid $27.60 for two unsatisfactory meals.

Signage says there’s supposed to be wi-fi, but there isn’t. Also, I noticed a lack of any recycling or compost bins.

Over all Wendy's is my goto place. Amazing fresh food. I really don't care how I'm treated as long as the food is good. Remember people are people and if your working for a less then average wage sometimes your service my very. I'm still Amazed at the prices and when you ask for bacon ? you get bacon not two little tiny strips like everywhere else. I have not eaten every thing in the menu but I bet it's all good, thanks Wendy's and all the workers for your hard work making it my go to restaurant!!!!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: More offers
