Had a very nice atmosphere but when I ordered milkshake,there was some cream on my container.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking place

I have said this before, but it is always a surprise between what you order and what you actually get in the drive thru. Not disappoint this time ordered two items, got two items, but neither were what I ordered. Just the way this place is and not worth my time to argue with the clerk!

Everytime I have the displeasure of visiting this location it's like a fever dream. You would think after over 50 years in service McDonald's would have the whole ordering food process down to a science but when you come to this location it takes so long to get your food they must be doing rocket science back there. I come to the last window after paying and the Asian woman in high vis asks me if I've paid yet?? Then proceeds to ask me what I ordered... You'd think they would have that information from the last song and dance we had a window back and before that at the speaker .Who's running this location? 25 mins in the drive through for 2 cheese burgers and a milkshake that was 100% melted by the time we got it.0/10 do better

Don’t go here often but it is usually slow. Today it took 20 minutes for a sausage and egg McMuffin and an iced coffee. Only 3 people in front of us. What’s up with that?????
