Best service from phone order to delivery....everything was hot and perfect....you all are doing it right????????????????????????????

Paid for food i never got when i tried to call to get a refund back they would answer but not talk and hang up horrible customer service

Beside the consistently wrong expected time frames...1. Employees parking in ALL customer only spots. The only ones in front of the building, at that. 2. Employee wearing belt with big bold writing F@ YOU in clear customer view. 3. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTYLobby, makes you wonder if the kitchen is the same. Not impressed ????

Second chance review Great service, easy to use and under web portal. Pizza was very good : Pizza was better than my last. Thank you all again. Pizza was on the very cold side and it was very dry ; Felt like the pizza might of spent a long time inthe warming oven and even longer time in the delivery bag.

Tried our local pizza hut for the first time in several year's. It was a great disappointment, we order a thin crust super Supreme pizza, cheese sticks and a brownie. The pizza had an awful flavor of a heavy floured dough almost like a play doughwithout the salt tast. It was under cooked and soft except the outer edge of the pizza. The cheese stick would have been decentbut they took a hot item and placed it in a plastic container. With no way for the heat and steam to vent, making the outercrust soft a moist. Then the brownie was overcooked and the bottom of it was stuck to the aluminum pan making the top portionthe only part you could eat. A huge disappointment in all and definitely wont go back to this specific pizza hut ever again.
