Kingfisher Restaurant - Nakusp

We experienced good service and the mussels were amazing. They had smoke salmon with them and I can't stop thinking about them. The rest of our meal was good, but two weeks later and I can't remember what we had for dinner. My husband loved the veggie eggs benedict for breakfast. If it's warm enough, eat breakfast sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the lake.

This was the hi-light of our stay. Waiter was excellent. Caesar and tomato salads we had to start were some of the best I have ever had. The stir fry, pasta and fish and chips were so good for entrees. Glad we dined here and it did not disappoint at all!! Highly recommend.

Delicious dinner & brekky at this lovely restaurant. Lovely lake views while enjoying fine dining! Great service and a fine menu selection.

Went to the reastaurant after a power outage to get a cup of soup to go and that took 30 min as staff didn't seem very observant. Husband ordered but bartender wanted to I got back to ask what I wanted then he said ok and walked away. I was waiting to pay and get ready soup. Nothing happened & bartender left so he could move his car to the space right by the entrance. So we sat there waiting. Finally flag den another waitress and reordered and asked if the previous order was rang in? Her rude response was, I printed the receipt cause you wanted to par ,right!?.Wow, so I paid and continued to sit there and wait. Must have been made fresh right then and there.Finally ally got & took to my room. 4 am rolled around & I was up puking from sweet potato/ yam soup (only thing I had for dinner)Trip home in the am was fun! Probably wouldn't go back unless in our rv.But would be great for a family. Pack own beer and food tho!

We had good service and good food every meal. Ate at this restaurant all 3 nights and had no complaints whatever
