Was there on disappointed! Very poor customer service and some waitresses have this bad attitude. The nyama choma was pathetic..very hard and it came cold..mind you we had waited like for accompaniments were brought after the nyama choma. The supervisor was even overwhelmed by the number of complaints! Exaggerated bills as well!!!!

Great Convinient Location.. Fair food and beverage pricing. Secure parking lots available. The service staff look,of mind,bored, in a rush to do a thing or the other... . And mostly, demotivated... Well, my fish took HOURS... TO GET READY ,with brunched fries.. WOW. Now, like having BURNT ONIONS wasn't enough,the fish wasn't well washed off its intestines and was bitter,Leaving hungry want enough pain.. My tea was bland, tasteless and seemed that a barrell of water was used with a single litre of milk. I never bothered to finish it. The manager/Supervisor at Had Gone home , the kind Betty waitress adviced.
