We always mention this, but it remains a mystery as to why that happens. The restaurant is located in Diamond Plaza, so it's also convenient to explore other nearby places that sell Gujarati snacks, bhajis, and samosas.
We visited two excellent vegan restaurants in Nairobi. The first one was great, but Chowpatti was even better. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options. The food is incredibly flavorful. You can also order from this restaurant on Uber Eats.
I haven't visited this restaurant yet, but I decided to give it a try. Our waiter was very cheerful, and when I mentioned that I’m vegan and wanted to ensure my food contained no milk or ghee, he seemed quite knowledgeable about it. I started with pani puri, which was delicious! Then I had the masala dosa, which was huge, but I managed to finish it. It came with coconut chutney and sambal. My partner ordered the vegetable fried rice with chili tofu. The portions were quite generous!
Chowpaty has a great menu that is presented indian, very sharp, but beautiful. I would recommend this restaurant to any vegetarian visit in nairobi
Although this is a tried and tested menu for the main part, the staff seem to have stopped trying to get it right very disappointed with basics. The dosas were OK. The toasted sandwich was mediocre. Wouldn't go back in hurry.
