Whataburger - Nacogdoches

Unacceptable service from cashier, management and facility. You should not have expired products in store let alone giving it to clients for consumption. We didn't get all of our food either. Just bad service all around!

This is the only fast food restaurant I know of that turns customers away because they are doing a ?shift change?. They apparently do these shift changes a lot. I have been told I?d have to wait several times. Plus, when they do decide to serve customers, the wait time to get your food is way too long.

Horrible I've been there multiple times and every single time I have a problem with my order they forget something or they don't have it and my burgers are always COLD! I LIVED NOT EVEN 2 MINS AWAY!! but they will forever have great gravy???????

The food was dry, the buns crumbly. Service is never friendly any more. They used to be friendly but lately they're gruff and rush you, and this is over the last year, not just 1 visit. I only ever use the drive through.

Food was hot and delicious, I was the only person in store it was about 10 am I ordered a breakfast sandwich only and took about 7 min. So service was slow other then that was good experience staff was friendly
