Stone House Kitchen - Nacogdoches

I visited Stone House Kitchen today for a late mini lunch and had a wonderful experience. The cool air conditioning, immaculate ladies' restroom, tidy dining area, appealing decor, soft music, and attentive service all contributed to a great time. I was shopping alone in downtown Nacogdoches this afternoon and felt completely at ease sitting at a table in the restaurant. There are parallel parking spaces available along the streets in this area, which features charming old brick roads that are well-lit and clean. I particularly enjoyed my cold brown sugar espresso shake and a fresh, warm Heath bar—highly recommended!

The service was fantastic; the owners were very attentive and friendly. I came in looking for a place to take a break, and this spot was perfect for cooling off and enjoying an iced coffee. Thank you!

I had an excellent Italian sandwich with three types of meat and a salad for lunch today! The dressing was absolutely amazing, and the spinach, olives, and cucumbers were fresh and refreshing. The outdoor seating was nice, and there was plenty of space inside as well. I didn't get to try any desserts because I was so full, but I definitely plan to return! Great biscuits and gravy and the spinach mushroom quiche was wonderful. It is a great hidden gem in the middle of Nacogdoches Brick Street district. A very intimate setting with old world atmosphere nestled in the big city of the piney woods.

Definitely a favorite place to meet my husband or friends for a lunch date. The food is always delicious! Recently, Mr. John made a special dinner for my son and his prom date. The kids raved about all of it including the outstanding service!
