フィードバックを提供するI feel so bad because the people who work did their best. However, they were understated and took FOREVER to come to us even at the front counter, and then our food approached us. One of the ceiling tiles was missing and insulation materials came out. People worked hard again, but I wouldn't go back.
Every time I come here I receive horrible service or the restaurant is simply not open. No matter what time of day. I personally have worked in fast food. The website and sign on the building advertises they are open until 1am. When I arrived at 12:30 I was told they where closed. I politely pointed to the sign showing 1am only to be told “We close 30mins early so we can clean everything.” Never in my experiences of working fast food did we get to close 30mins early to clean. Cleaning was always done after advertised closing time. If this is policy please correct me if not please address this issue.
Absolutely horrible service! My husband waited in the drive through for an hour. He would have left but was boxed in. By the time he got to the window both girls were on their phones and not doing anything. They then asked him to completely repeat his order, only to have him wait even longer and then gave him a bag with only half of the order in it. Seriously at 10:30 at night?? We will not be going back.
I made my family go here because of my craving for a sick chicken sandwich. There are no Jack in the Box locations in my city. We were in a road trip and had to wait over an hour to get to a Jack in the Box. It took an extremely long time to get our food with a crying baby in the car. They had us pull around and wait and then they came out and our tacos were missing. We had to drive through the line again just to get it fixed because they aren't open inside due to Covid-19. Then, the such sandwich that I made everyone drive here for wasn't even spicy... They put a different chicken patty in my sandwich. It was so disappointing.
The person taking orders was rude while I was ordering. I was initially greeted with a blunt What you want? and every time I said a part of my order I received eye rolls in return. Then a drive-thru customer honked the horn and the employee stated that she was definitely not answering the headset now. The employee then continued to swear and complain the whole 30 or so minutes my food took to prepare. Without a doubt the worst fast food service I 've experienced.
