I experienced some confusion with the staff regarding the safe preparation of food for individuals with celiac disease. During a prior visit, I had been assured that the chips were safe for consumption. However, on my recent visit, when I raised the question again, two staff members argued that it was possible for chips to be fried alongside gluten-containing foods and still be safe for those with celiac disease, with one of them claiming, "gluten doesn't spread in oil."

I visited this restaurant for my staff party, and they offered a fixed three-course menu. There were plenty of gluten-free options available for each course, and the staff were very attentive to gluten-free needs, ensuring there were no issues with ordering gluten-free options or any extra charges. The food was delicious, and I would definitely return.
