Mcdonald's - MYSTIC

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. As a local, I'm familiar with many more affordable dining options, which is why I typically steer clear of this McDonald's. In the past, I've noticed the place tends to be dirty, the food often arrives cold, and the staff can be quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, today was no different. I won't be returning.

The food was great, especially the macaroni! The servers were friendly and attentive. Overall, a nice experience!

I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered! I even saw one of the staff members attempt to put a piece of fish they had dropped back onto my sandwich to serve to me.
