Dunkin' - Myrtle Beach

I stopped by for 2 hot decaf lattes but received a black decaf coffee and an iced mocha instead. When I asked for a refund, the cashier tried to charge me twice but eventually refunded both transactions. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this Dunkin'.

I visited this restaurant yesterday morning because the drive-thru line was too long. I ended up waiting a long time for just a cup of coffee. There were only four people ahead of me, but the service was very disorganized and no one had placed a large order. I was very disappointed with the experience and have decided not to return as a customer.

Are we really needed? too lazy to smash another bagel? it was an app order and they had a definitiw time. there is no excuse for that.

I spent $52 at this restaurant and they didn't even include $1 worth of cream cheese.

Went in for Xmas Eve treat for the kids and walked out with two very happy kids after getting donuts and ice cream for breakfast. The crew here definitely works well together. Great job.
