フィードバックを提供するI had a pretty disappointing experience. I placed an order through the app with a 10-minute estimated wait time, but many customers ended up waiting an hour or more. The staff mentioned that a large order was holding things up, yet they continued to accept app orders with the same 10-15 minute estimates, which only made the situation worse. Additionally, there were around 30-40 abandoned drinks that were repeatedly called out. When I could no longer wait and needed to leave for work, it took another 10 minutes to find someone at the register to cancel my order. There seemed to be a lack of managerial presence and disorganization among the staff. A Fortune 100 company should be able to update wait times in their app to reflect the backup they were experiencing. I would recommend using the drive-through instead, as they seem to be prioritized over those waiting inside.
I personally enjoy this Starbucks location, even though I'm not a fan of Starbucks in general. They do prioritize the drive-thru, which makes sense to me. I work in fast food as well, and the drive-thru is prioritized about 90% of the time to keep operations running smoothly. Many of the negative reviews from summer 2022 to now likely come from impatient customers who haven’t experienced working in a similar environment to Starbucks.
This is one of the largest Starbucks locations I've ever visited. I really enjoy the outdoor seating; it creates a great atmosphere for me and my friends to chat and relax. The drive-thru is always quick, and the service is fantastic!

My Carmel frappe was perfect, as always. A friend and I walked in to order, even though it wasn't busy, because we wanted to sit and visit. We were initially ignored by the 3 people behind the counter but one eventually told us someone would be with us in a minute. There were only 3 cars in line when we parked. Several parked and came in to grab pre- orders. After 3-4 minutes our orders were taken but the cashier was not what I would call welcoming, apologetic, or friendly. We felt so unwelcome we decided to leave.
