フィードバックを提供するI visited the restaurant to pick up dinner, but I had to wait a bit longer than usual because they were cooking the extra crispy dish.
Wow! I have always been very critical of KFC. In my experience, their restaurants always seem to have the worst service compared to any other fast food chain in the country.
We had lunch at this restaurant and the food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. However, we received the wrong item in our order bag and had to wait to flag down someone to get it replaced. Despite this inconvenience, the staff were very friendly and quickly rectified the mistake.
Good chicken and sides, but their service is what keeps me returning.
