Thank you for the excellent service and warm smiles. Emmy, the shift lead, was amazing on the evening of September 1, 2023. She kept the store clean and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. I truly appreciate the last-minute smoothies! Thanks again!

I decided to stop by this location after leaving Target on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered three pink star drinks with light ice and one pumpkin bowl. To my surprise, I was the only customer there during the ten minutes I waited. Four employees were busy preparing drinks for mobile orders, and I had to wait for them to finish before they could take care of my order. It would be helpful to have at least one staff member dedicated to in-store customers. When I finally received my drinks, they were watered down and not enjoyable at all. The pumpkin bowl had a soupy texture, which was quite disappointing. I felt like I wasted my money. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes afterward, and still no other customers came in, not even for mobile orders. I think I’ll stick with the Temecula location—they're faster, friendlier, and much better at making drinks.

What an incredible place! The staff is incredibly accommodating and can whip up just about any smoothie you can imagine! Their bowls are equally impressive. I had the pleasure of being helped by a lovely young woman named Caylie, who offered some excellent suggestions when I was unsure about what to order. She also informed me that I could customize my drink with vitamin or protein boosts, whole food additions, extra fruit, and more. I eventually decided on the Acai Super Antioxidant, and it was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to Caylie for the wonderful recommendation! I can't wait to return and try another one of Jamba's amazing smoothies, and I hope Caylie will be there to help me out again!

The service at this Jamba is outstanding! The staff is extremely attentive, and if there’s ever an issue with your order, they'll resolve it immediately!

I’ve been visiting this restaurant since my parents relocated to the area, and it's situated in a lively location near Costco. I must say, I’m consistently impressed with both the service and the smoothies I've enjoyed here. The staff is always friendly, and the place is well-maintained. Recently, I’ve developed a particular fondness for the Aloha Pineapple smoothie; it has truly become my favorite!
