The food was excellent, which is why I gave it 2 stars. However, the customer service was very disappointing. The atmosphere was chaotic; it felt like a football team had come in and wrecked the place while I was the only customer present. I couldn’t understand why the cashier seemed more focused on their phone than on serving customers at the register.

Food was great, it was the customer service that destroyed my appetite, really a sad day, I and my friend came here to eat on this beautiful Sunday, so excited to eat, oasis?t eaten since yesterday. We go in, super excited, Boom, Vanessa, the border cashier doesn't welcome us, but welcomes us with a frown on her face, no enthusiasm, nothing, already chic about food. We first get our food given to us with the attitude that they could throw it on us. mmmmm so good, and more customers go into, I, the observing person I watched, a man asking for his order, just to argue with posture? Sir, I'm on the phone right now. I was home later.

We’ve visited this location several times in the past without any issues, but this time we ordered through Grubhub, and it didn’t go as smoothly. I ordered a chicken bowl and a beef bowl, both with extra special sauce and extra hot sauce. While the delivery was prompt, we encountered a problem upon opening the bag. The beef bowl had leaked special sauce all over the bottom, leaving us with some sticky cleanup to do. To make matters worse, instead of the beef bowl, we received two chicken bowls and only one hot sauce. This was particularly frustrating for my husband, who doesn’t like the special sauce, prefers to use a lot of hot sauce, and isn’t a big fan of chicken. He was really disappointed that his bowl was chicken instead of beef. I hope they pay closer attention to orders in the future, especially for delivery.

I considered giving it a five-star rating, but my order was missing the sauces shown in the photo. However, don't worry if your order is missing them, as the marinated and cooked meat is full of flavor on its own—no complaints there! Now, I ordered two items. Since my dog can’t eat poultry, I got him a Junior Beef Bowl, and I couldn't resist trying it myself since his account is out of funds. It was fantastic! I also tried the Regular Chicken Bowl, which I must say was delightful! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after mixing everything together, it was still great on its own. I added some low-sodium soy sauce since those sauce containers were missing. This is a perfect choice for a light dinner! The sticky rice is typically what you’d expect, but it breaks up easily when mixed in. I’ll definitely be ordering from this place again, and I think you’ll be happy with it too!
