Arashi Teppan Steak Sushi - Murrieta

I found the food to be average, and quite overpriced for dinner. We ended up spending $200 for three people, which feels excessive. The grilled chicken breast tends to become tough, and while the beef is decent, it's not tender. The only thing I really enjoyed was the vegetables.

I did not even know this spot was here! The quality of food was awesome. They have a sushi menu and the options did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Arashi.

By far the best thing here was the food and the chef was entertaining. We loved the food. Only down side was our server didn't bring us refills. I had to really slow down on my drink because I did know if was ever going to arrive. Unfortunately it never did.

We were seated promptly upon arrival, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of our experience. The standout was definitely the chef and the food he prepared; it was quite good. However, the service was terrible. It took a long time for anything to happen, and I never received a drink refill, forcing me to ration my beverage throughout the meal. Our server messed up my order and then had the audacity to inform me, “just so you know for next time,” about the menu items. Well, there won’t be a next time. It would have been more helpful to share those details when I was placing my order. If you’re unfamiliar with the menu and its offerings, that’s on you—not me. I found it rather rude to be interrupted while I was eating. Additionally, the bathroom was in a poor state. Another customer alerted someone about the cleanliness issue, but nothing was done. Overall, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

Arashi used to be one of my favorite places to eat, especially at the grill. The last couple of visits have been disappointing. During our last visit, our waitress seemed to be rushing us to sit, order, eat, and leave. We even ordered a couple of tequila (patron) shots from the bar, and when we got them, they tasted like they had been watered down. The food isn't as great as it used to be either. I don't think we will be going back again.
