Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

When packing snacks for the 4th of July fireworks, Zaxby's family meal was the perfect choice. This was the second time at Zaxby and each time the service was excellent. The front of house crew were courteous and willing to explain our options. My son and I didn't have to wait very long for our order. The restaurant was neat and clean. We knew how the chicken strips would taste. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the french fries and bread tasted. The bread and fries didn't make to the fireworks.

Food was good but seating area was not so good.Floors were a mess, all tables were dirty and not one employee ever visited the lobby during my visit. I would not visit for a dine in experience.Food: 5/5

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place in my life. The employees in the kitchen completely ignored the manager and refused to make the food because they were ready to break everything down and go home, yet I came a full hour and a half before they closed. I have already paid for my order prior to that. I waited a whole hour and then requested for a refund. I’m never ever coming back here again

Worst experience ever, waiting over for my meal. Got only half of my order correct. The teenagers working there were running in and out of store. Every unprofessional and when I asked for a refund one of the teenagers held up a gun shooting sign at me, mocking me.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken finger plate. Got home (15 miles away) only had 2 1/2 pieces of chicken and no sauce. Left message with company and no response. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer I'll get my chicken at Sonic or Bojangles from now on.
