Now 2 stars just because the place is beautiful and the chairs cheat, but the server that has to take care of us must take classes because we check the book that they have for menu, he is somehow crazy because we eat more time for our food when we finally order. make them long short, the carne a la tampiqueña was not other than a piece of steak burned charcoal on both sides, with 1 sad enchilada, my chihua burrito was ok nice size, but 1 tablespoons green salsa was not enough, I was looking for a guacamole it was good but the server literally only past and throws into my table the side of guacam

The experience I had today was absolutely disgusting, we were congratulated for a table of 3 people calculated based on the waitress perception of their bad work ethic. when she knew she was wrong and got a superior, she deprived our meal, as if we had not paid for it. I only refused to pay with 18% of the strength of the waitress she knew wrong. I have many experiences here and that was a sick never forget.

Eating was good, but the staff is terrible. our waitress was too long, and no one even wanted to get on the table so we could pay. also my best friend (who can understand Spanish) overheard her talking about our waitress said that we were a hasel when we were nothing but friendly to them. If I could give this place less than a star, I would. I never come again.

The food was delicious! I know it's always very busy there and I have been waitressing for several years, but I really think the staff could use a meeting, that it would benefit the female waitresses, to try and smile with eye contact while listening to our order and then checking in on us; we needed to make a to go order, but she didn't look up with any eye contact so, we couldn't get her attention, although we had told her that at the beginning of our orders that there would be a to go order, we also had to wait a long time for our check......and one more more thing, my husband ordered one bottle of Bud light, but got a tall DRAFT beer of whatever. The food came in a good timely manner and was excellente!

The last couple of times I have been the customer service has been completely non-existent. I was seated fairly quickly and drinks were taken. 5 minutes go by and my drinks finally arrive. The server walks off after setting down the drinks. a few minutes later another person drops chips and salsa down at our table. I waited 10more minutes or so until the manager notices us looking around and takes our order. It's a Thursday night at 8pm so the restaurant isn't very busy. 20 minutes go by and I still haven't seen our waiter. A runner/busser brings our food out finally and it's pretty obvious that it had been sitting under the warmer for awhile. The food was still good, but it could have been better if it was brought out sooner. We finish up and I finally see our waiter and I don't think he even remembers having our table. The manager motions to him to check on us but we the meals was over. we walked up to pay and left.Today I decided to give it a try again. Again we were seated promptly and drinks were brought out immediately. Our waiter again disappears. I find him 5 minutes later sitting in the back table talking with the other tables. I try to motion him to place our order, but with no success. At this point we had finished our drinks and had been in the restaurant for 18 minutes without even having food ordered. I decided that the rest of the meal would be just as bad as this is, so we walked out.It's a shame really. Nachos has a great menu with huge portions. It's some of the best in town so far but, I can't dedicate an hour or more for what should be a quick lunch.
