Domino's Pizza - Murfreesboro

I've ordered several pizzas that were poorly made. The latest pizza I ordered, which was supposed to be without onions, came topped with them, along with pieces of green pepper. I've also ordered several cheese pizzas that ended up with pepperoni slices on them. This is the worst Domino's I've experienced.

The quality of food at Domino's has drastically declined since it first opened; I'd rate it a 9 back then, but now it feels like a 0! In our recent orders from the Church St location, the experience has been terrible. During our last order, the pizzas were mishandled, spilled everywhere, and stuck to the box. The delivery service was awful, and the pizzas weren't even warm. Unfortunately, today's order was similarly lukewarm and the food quality was disappointing considering the price. I live less than three minutes away from the store, so there's really no excuse for receiving food that is so subpar.

Customer service is terrible! The only positive aspect of this place is its convenient location between Shelbyville and Murfreesboro. In my first experience, I placed a pickup order for 11:30 PM. When I arrived, they told me they thought I said 10:30. They had my order, but it was cold. Even a five-year-old would have thought to call after 20 minutes of waiting without any updates. Update: It's been a year, and we've never been disappointed. The only mistake was caught by them and fixed without me asking or pointing it out. They are also active in the community supporting nearby schools. We're glad to have them! This is a new location without the new location kinks! They're speedy and accurate, and they take pride in their work.

They don't show a menu. You you want to order anything at this location on Shelbyville highway? How are you supposed to get anything from them if you don't know what they have for sale. I know it's a pizza place but at least like to be able to choose from a menu just ordered a Hawaiian pizza and one of their extravaganza pizzas. Both showed up super hot and super delicious. They look as good as they taste. These guys are good
