I really enjoyed the food; it was delicious and reasonably priced. The two dishes I ordered for $10 were a fantastic deal!
I’d rate it less than one star. I do appreciate that the manager and owner took the initiative to address the issue. However, I'm baffled as to who would actually do this in the first place.
I would have rated it higher, however I had to wait on my order, which was not too bad but 1 item was missing from my order. I did not discover missing item until I got home.
Very disappointed. I am a vegetarian, so as you can imagine, I was very excited to learn that Burger King would be offering a vegetarian-friendly burger (the Impossible Whopper). However, when I went to this Burger King and ordered the Impossible Whopper, I received a REAL Whopper....made with BEEF! I know that the Impossible Burgers are marketed as a ?realistic? beef substitute, but I have had the Impossible patty multiple times before at other vegetarian restaurants. This burger did not look or taste like the Impossible patty AT ALL. It was fatty and had the exact taste and texture of real beef. As you can imagine, for someone who has been a vegetarian for years, it was quite disappointing to be served meat that I did not order. Even worse, I had to realize that it was real meat by taking a BITE of it. I feel like if a fast food restaurant (especially one that primarily serves burgers) is going to offer a meat-free option they should take extra care to make sure they serve the right burgers to the right customers. I just hate that I wasted almost $9 on food that I could not even consume.
