Kokoro Sushi Gastro - Murcia

Arrived 30 min. before closure time, we agreed to be served quickly. Food was delicious: tasteful, original and fresh. We loved it!!

I have gone to Kokoro at least once a month for a year and have been pleased with the quality of the sushi. At first we ordered the combination trays with different rolls and nigiri, but stopped because every time the tray is totally different. Sometimes I do not like what they have chosen and other times there are fillers (rolls with vegetables). What I have enjoyed the most is to order the nigiri by the piece and the sashimi tray. Although, one time I didn 't like 2 out of 4 types of fish. The nigiri with truffle and kokoro special nigiri are both very good. In terms of hot dishes I have also tried udon, gyoza, yakitori and gua bao. The only one that I liked was the gyoza. The udon was not a soup (which I had expected) but rather stir fried noodles in a sweet sauce, the yakitori is also stir fried noodles in a sweet sauce. That sauce tastes like hot ketchup to me and I really dislike it. I will definitely return to Kokoro for their delish nigiris.

Honestly I had a delicious dinner and nice moment at Kokoro 2 weeks ago. First of all, the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant is really elegant and comfy. We have been served by a friendly waiter that explained us how each dish was elaborated. This restaurant is proposing a fusion cuisine between mixing the tastes from Asia and Spain. I enjoyed the creativity regarding the elaboration of the sauces, presentation and mixes of flavor, Yes I am being poetic so you can imagine how inspiring this restaurant is! You should definitely test it!

Fui con mi hermano porque le apetecía comer sushi y quería invitarlo por su cumpleaños y para no fallar decidí ir a vuestro restaurante, o eso es lo que pensaba. La calidad del servicio fue decepcionante, los camareros estaban totalmente desorganizados, nos hacían las mismas preguntas diferentes camareros en distintas ocasiones y lo que más me sorprendió es que cada vez que servían un plato ningún camarero explicó el producto, ni como comerlo ni nada de nada, lo dejaban en la barra y fin. Por otro lado, las gyozas vinieron con la masa quemada por fuera, la panceta del bao estaba dura, costaba morderla, todo lo contrario a lo que estaba acostumbrado cada vez que venía a Kokoro. En general muchos fallos de cocina y servicio. Espero que haya sido algo puntual porque estos despistes hacen que este restaurante pueda pasar de ser uno de mis favoritos a plantearme no querer volver.

Espectacular. Pedimos el menú degustación como siempre y, de nuevo, un 10. En esta ocasión debo hacer mención especial a Antony, el camarero que nos atendió. Muy educado y agradable. Respondió a todas nuestras dudas y fue extremadamente atento y servicial. Él contribuyó a convertir una buena cena en toda una experiencia gastronómica. Sin duda, no esperaremos mucho tiempo para repetir.
