Hotel 3 Etoiles Restaurant & Spa Verte Vallee

We have served here twice during our stay at the hotel. In the first night we had accepted and agreed by the hotel offer of a gourmet adventure package when we arrived on a Sunday night, we just wanted to calm down a bit. That was not cheap and the food was very good, but there was no choice on this menu. Intently chosen to have blind tasting menus in other restaurants in the past, this is not a big problem, but if it were in a place like this a small choice would have been more welcome, especially as variations about the dishes we were available on the A La Carte menu anyway. Yes I am picky! and we re-booked A La Carte for the second night stay, since the food was really nice and service very pleasant indeed. We discovered that there are cheaper packages with fewer “food” deals, so make sure you go for a hotel offered package you choose what is good for your pocket taste. The restaurant was very busy, all seats taken, so others probably say service was slow, but for us that was nice as we just wanted to relax and while away in the evening. The staff was as attentive as you could wish and the wine cellar who served my wife’s wine flight with her “Gourmet” menu was really good to describe the origin of the wine in a really controversial way that can sometimes be heard a bit like a script in other situations. Regarding food itself – well cooked and well cooked. My wife was unimpressed with the pork dish on the gourmet menu, but I ate it for her and found it beautiful! The choice on the A la Carte menus was good and there are different menus for different bags. Much better than most hotel restaurants that are often “burger and steak” choices.

We were just one night at the hotel. We chose this restaurant because its good reviews, and also the wheather outside was terrible, so it called for us. We were not disappointed at all!! Soft and beautiful decoration and soft ambience. Warm service,...usually teaser welcome before the food was served. And then what food. I found Alsace is a great place to find above-average restaurants, and that was one of the tops. We took a triple menu, and everything was just amazing. You know the feeling when you taste the dish in the first bite, and you just close your eyes and disappear in the tasting experience.... Very recommended! Prices by quality, and as quality was superior, the pricing was good.

Amazing place to enjoy some quiet walk in the montain or the busy vinyard road with a couple of breack in some winery to tast some grand cru!!! The hotel is fresh refurb for most of the building, and offer differents atmospher for which you...need! Friendly and professional welcoming from the reception team, magnifique zen time in the SPA, happyness in the swiming pool, clean and fresh room, exceptional restaurant!! with the best welcoming ever from a tall guy and his restaurant directeur, perfect fine dining service and team work... and a special star to the chef, his way to cook and his team!!!

The food was well presented with very good service. We dined in the main restaurant but there is a less formal bistro available which offers cheaper menus at lunchtime The 29euro menu in the main restaurant was very good value and we hope to go...back Give it a try its worth it

Séjour de 3 nuits, les chambres sont très jolies et propres, belles et grandes salle de bain. (Chambre charme). Le personnel est agréable et souriant. Nous avons déjeuner au restaurant gastronomique, menu découverte. Très bon, néanmoins les trois plats sont servit en «nage», nous aurions apprécié moins de sauces. Superbe service et produits de qualité. Le menu «petit gastronome» pour les enfants est vraiment une bonne idée. Notre fils est ravit de notre séjour à la verte vallée. Week-end réussi pour toute la famille.
